Mozerella sticks where great. The pizza had a over cooked crust and undercooked toppings. The sauce has no flavor, needs work. Delivery was fast, nice driver.

WOW!!!!!!! Quite shocked after 30 years of coming to Lombardi's to experience POOR impatient service over the phone and then at the counter to order just one large pizza!!! It was sooo darn complicated for the employee to help us get our order correct OVER THE PHONE since we had no menu on us!! We decided to try again and order in person. The older lady at the counter gave us an immediate attitude while we tried again to order again! She was extremely unprofessional and did not treat us the way a customer would want to be treated!!! Turn over the staff...we declined ordering and waked out!!! You're totally BURNT out...CLOSE your doors or get NEW BLOOD!!! Worst customer service experience ever!!! What ever happened to exceptional friendly customer service?!!! We are the one's that allow YOU to earn a paycheck!!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Go read a book!!! You should NEVER be in front of a customer ever again!!!

The owner was so nice. He asked us about where we were from and recommended things for us to do. He didn't let us tip him and the food was so good.

The best way I can describe our food was a complete lack of seasoning and over onion-ed white pizza...all you could taste was onion...thank goodness we ordered the carafe of wine or we might not have finished our meal.

This is not the same management of the location on coastal hwy. and the quality of the food and service shows it. Just plan terrible and the delivery service is a joke ...

Visited Lombardis on 8/17 to grab a quick dinner to go while camping. Expensive, $30.00 for a sub, fries and a lasagna dinner. Food was just not good. Frozen burger on the sub, dry and overcooked. Fries seemed to be fresh cut type but were mealy and cold, not crisp. Lasagna, in a round foil pan, just microwaved and warmed over. Garlic bread with the lasagna was stale and tasted old. Not worth the trip, or the price.

Simply put, it was good pizza to go. They were well balanced pies that had a decent crust and sauce. They put a fair number of toppings on both our orders. We were feeding a group of 7 (including some kids) and every one scarfed down their portions without complaint. I didn't perceive a single issue with the pizza or order of cheese sticks (Pizza crust with cheese, not fried mozzarella) that came with the order. All that being said, there was nothing out of the oridinary either that would make me stand up and say this was "the best pizza ever". It met our needs and I'll definitely get them again in the future. Prices were reasonable.

The food at Lombardi's is consistantly good. I go in from time to time and have never been unhappy with the food or the service. I must say that they have some of the cleanest bathrooms as well.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
